Product Details
The Mitsubishi MR-J2S-700A (MRJ2S700A) is a 7kW, 200V Melservo MR-J2 servo amplifier. There are two power supplies. The voltage of both power supplies is 200 to 230VAC and a frequency of 50/60Hz while the voltage can have an augmented range of 170 to 253VAC with the frequency increasing its oscillation between ±5%. Nevertheless, the first power supply, the control circuit, runs on 1-phase while the main circuit runs on a 3-phase. Lastly, the control circuit also has a power consumption of 50W.
The MR-J2S-700A servo amplifier may attach to three different servo motors: HC-SFS702(B), HA-LFS601(B), and HA-LFS702, HA-LFS701M(B). Servo motor connection is described below.
The MR-J2S-700A servo amplifier has six screw terminals. The top three screws can connect to a magnetic contactor, which itself than attaches to a circuit breaker. The other three screw terminals can connect to the servo motor which is then utilized. Then, there are four ports. Ports CN1A and CN1B ports may link to a terminal block; however, the CN1A port of the MR-J2S-700A servo amplifier may attach to a position control module, most especially to Mitsubishi modules from the Q series and FX2N series; while the CN1B port can connect to a control signal. Then, the CN2 port can be used to connect to one of the chosen servo motor’s encoder. Then, the CN3 port connects to a personal computer that deploys a MR Configurator to create a RS-232C. Above the ports, there is a battery compartment below the display panel. This battery compartment may contain the MR-BAT battery.
