The Mitsubishi MR-J2S-100A (MRJ2S100A), from the Melservo MR-J2 series, is a servo amplifier that produces 1kW. The amplifier employs a PC interface RS-232C/RS-422 wire. The MR-J2S-100A command speed is 0 to ±8VDC (the maximum torque) for its analog input; the input impedance fluctuates from 10 to 12 kilo-ohms. It inputs 200-230 Volts with the frequency 50-60Hz and outputs 170 Volts with the frequency 0-360Hz. The MR-J2S-100A’s torque limit that ranges from 0 to +10VDC (as the maximum torque), which is bridled by parameters or its external analog input. The MR-J2S-100A amplifier is a 3 phase analog and digital input with a pulse command of 0 to ±10000 pulses. The amplifier contains two analog reference inputs and a digital pulse train input; which assists three varying pulse trains: pulse train for right and left rotation; encoder signals; pulse and direction.

The MR-J2S-100A servo amplifier is normally attached to an encoder and servo motor with a CN2 connector. The amplifier may attach to certain motors that may come from the HC-SFS81, the HC-SFS102, the HC-SFS103 or the HC-LFS102 motors. A PC can also be concatenated with a CN3 connector to the amplifier to open up RS-232C communications to allow one to monitor or place parameters on the MR-J2S-100A amplifier. A junctional terminal block may also be attached with a CN1A connector. The CN1A connector may also be used to connect the amplifier with positioning controllers from other Mitsubishi families. With the contiguous CN1B connector, the MR-J2S-100A can be attached to a control panel. Also an optional battery (A6BAT) can also be placed in the battery section.
